Sorry but there is no way to do that without setting a check engine light. The ecm commands the sec. air pump relay on, the pump runs for about a minute and it is monitored by the oxygen sensors to make sure the correct amount of air is being injected. If the o2 sensors don't see the correct amount of air it will set a secondary air insufficient flow fault and the mil will light up. Being that it is an emission related component you won't be able to pass state inspection if emissions are required where you live.

Yeahm the intakes do nothing unless you make ur own.
