where to begin upgrading a 99 2.8lQ a4 into something at least a little quicker.
(not a speed racer, just something with a little more punch in the throttle)

nitrous and supercharger are the only worthwhile mods in my opinion

someone said a neuspeed chip will add 10-15whp, and 10 ft. lbs for 300 bucks but i will only believe that when i see it. all the other chips only add 8-12chp and are 500, and neuspeed quality isn't the best...

im worried about the effects of nitrous on the engine more so than a chip, but ive been looking into a PES G2 supercharger, trying to find a better price

 

anything under a 75 shot will be fine. just make sure its a wet shot, or direct port, preferably direct port. and spray above 4k. as for the G2, go to http://www.superchargedaudi.com/ they used to have group buys on the supercharger to get it at a lower price. dont know if they're still doing it

 

go to www.scaudi.com and look for a G2. It's the best solid add on. Personally, I have a PES chip and love it. Helped out alot. Also look into exhaust, you should do it anyways if you get a sc. I want super sprint because it's quiet, but don't have it yet because it's expensive. If you are considering a G2 just save and get it. It's the way to go honestly. IMO
