Just do yourself a favor and try hard to sell them, and then buy them with the proper fitment specs for the Audi. Don't dick around trying to use hub adapters or regrinding the bolt holes. Do it right - sell the wheels to someone who has a car they'll fit and get a set meant for your car. End of story.
