I was reading the post on how much boost a 1.8t can take, and this is something I dont understand.
If there is 21 psi in the intake manifold going into the chamber whats the diffrence what turbo its coming from? Its still 21psi...

There is a larger amount of air being pushed into the engine at 21psi with the bigger turbine. ex: if you take 2 straws 1 is tiny the other is larger (like mc-d's) If you suck with the same amount of forcewith both straws the larger straw will give you more liquid but the force is the same.

lol i like that explination... but yea more volume man same pressure but greater volume

Awesome, I dont think there could have been a better analogy, thx! I was thinking it was something like that but then I questioned myself with 'if theres more volume in the same space the pressue would be higher' so I guess I confused myself lol.
