onepoint8tee, did you have your front window tinted as well?

Seems like 35% on all windows except have 54% on the front window - that would be great.

35% is WA State, I want to do more than that, but I don't want to get pulled over because someone thinks my Tint is too dark. Stupid ticket for them to write you IMO... [:@]

He's right..WA is 35%, OR is 30%. I have 20% smoked (black). Pro Image in Vancouver here has smoked, charcoal, and mirror (black, grey, silver). I like the black for the red car..good contrast.

I had 20% on my golf, 18% on my honda, and 20% now..and have never gotten a ticket in 8 years. Been pulled over several times but never had the tint mentioned..day or night.

But I did hear, at least in WA, that its now a traffic ticket..meaning you must get the tint removed and they won't reimburse you for fixing the illegal tint job. They used to void the ticket.

The thing is..if it's worth doing it..it usually has to be illegal. Most of the time legal limit + isn't really worth it. But its all up to you and how much of a risk u wanna take! good luck! And mine cost 230...

Ohhhhh...and I remember awhile back when getting my Honda done at 18% is they can double up the tint; if 35% is too light, and 20 is too dark, they can double up the 35 and make it enbetween somewhat..hope that makes sense.

I just got my windows 5% all the way around and a strip across the front for 200 w/ lifetime warranty. State law is like 25% here. I have had 5% on 3 of my previous cars and never got in any trouble with the law. Its not as dark looking out as it is looking in.

I paid $219 after tax and lifetime warranty, I got 35% on my silver audi and man it is quite awsome. The stock tint was pretty decent and with the aftermarket the 35% it was darker then my dsm with the same tint from the same place. I wouldnt go any darker.

my 5% all the way around w/ the banner on the front was 130. I got a homie hook up as well. He now actually tints windows at the car dealership i work at now. He does a very good job. If anyone lives in AZ i can hook you up with him. I have sent like 5 other people to him, he does it in his garage with all the professional tools and its pretty sweet.
