Im sure it applies to any car as it is an engine fault code and is not a tranny fault code.

I only see these fault codes when the wastegates get stuck closed.
So far as i know its just a reminder that the engine is seeing too much pressure/air flow

Ya well its gotta be related to the mbc, thats all I know. Andthat is whats causing the throtle cut/epc light. Im going to look for another N75H. I never had problems with that. (I broke it while removing it once.)

Issue resolved....

So, apparently I wasnt turning the dial on the mbc hard enough. Heres how it goes... No matter how much open or shut the mbc was between what felt like fully turned down, and fully turned up- theres a difference of 2 or 3 psi. Its consistanly been boosting at about 20 psi. The main difference beetween fully open/shut is how FAST it reaches full boost. So I had it almost fully open at times because max boost was at a safe limit, and boost came on soon/fast/STRONG (even for a k03.) I turned it as hard as i could just now FULLY down and got the **** to turn about a half revolution. Now, boost ismore smoothly delivered throughout the power band, 18psi max, no throtle cut, and my exhaust note for some reason is noticeably deeper . So there is a key difference between tightly closed/turned down, andreally fuckingtightly closed/turned down. Time will tell though, I only took it on a 20 min. drive trying to get it to duplicate the symptoms (throtle cut.)
Just thought Id share because I think a couple other members got the same mbc, maybe mine is just a bitch like that.
