Xenon upgrade
Im new to these forums, but had a question? I just bought a 2006 a4 sline and it came with the halogen headlamps. I priced getting the xenon headlamps and it was around $3,000, the audi dealership emphasized that the wiring harnesses are different and it would be extremely complicated. It is not that big of a deal to me and definitely not worth that price. My question is that if I could just plug xenon bulbs into the existing setup? I dont know if the wiring harnesses and all that mess was related to the self adjusting portion of the new bixenon package. I dont care if my lights follow the road, I would like to color of the xenon lights. Any advice helps, thanks.
It's not possible. Not even from vvme.com or by searching.
Edit:
I was kidding. Of course it's possible. Go to vvme.com and spend ~$100 on the kit...if you need more information, it's easy find on this forum.

u can tell the dealership to shove it up their front and rear end. 3k for xenons is worse than stealing candy from a kid. even michael jackson is better than that (no offense to any1 who luvs him) here u go
