Alright I need everyones help on this one. I have a Pioneer Z2 with the XM Trafiic Nav Tuner. My question is where is the best spot to mount the XM antenna and the GPS antenna.

I was thinking on placing the GPS antenna under the grill on the front dash board. As for the XM antenna I have no immediate ideas. My understanding is that the placment of the GPS antenna is not a critical as the XM antenna due to the number of satellites for GPS, whereas the XM only has a few.

This is my project for today and I could really use some guidance.

what ever u do, do not put it on the exterior body panels. some people put it on their windshield by the drivers side under the inspection sticker or registration sticker. that area is black and ur antenna probably is too so it sorta hides it
