so more fun times with my car. im having a boosting issue now. when i am hard on the gas and shift from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th and the car will sputter a little bit and the boost gauge will spike and i have to quickly shift again or let of the gas. if i steadily put on the gas i dont get this problem. its been completely down pouring out so i havent had a chance to get under the car yet, but im thinking it might be a leak somewhere near my dv. any other suggestions? oh yeah the last thing i did to the car was put new spark plugs in a couple weeks ago but the problem just started a couple days ago.

 

bump: i had a chance to check all the hose connections and they are all on tight and hose clamps are on. i honestly have no idea what is causing this but it is very annoying not being able to get into boost and stay there. [:@]

 

dv, or bad n75... nice car btw

 

i put the stock dv back in and it has been less of an issue but it's still there. i guess i can try putting the stock valve in instead of the n75 and see if that does anything for me.

 

so just swapped out the other valve and it seemed to help some but the issue is still there. when i shift it makes a whistling kind of noise, normally i would hear the sound from the DV/airbox mod but now its more of a whistle.
