Hello all, I am new to the site, and looking to upgrade my sound system in my new 2011 A5, as the stock system sounds horrible. I feel like my civic has better stock sound. Any suggestions? I went to a local car audio store and they are pricing me out at between 4 & 6k. I'm looking to spend closer to 2k.

I want to do it for $1K or less. I'm not looking for pimped-out sound. Just something decent (the stock system is terrible).
