Hi folks. I have a 2009 A5 2.0TFSI with 30000 miles on the clock. I am experiencing high oil consumption (not a rare problem as I found this forum researching the problem!). Can I use Castrol Magnatec 5W30 instead of Edge. Members in the UK may know this is on offer at the moment at a well known car accessory store. What's the difference if the car is going to burn 1L per 3000miles? Thanks for any replies.
