I have a 2009 A5 quattro. I love the car, but the 265 hp is little weak. My wife has a A4 that we had chipped at the dealership and now it is a little rocket. So, my question is, has anyone chipped or tuned their A5? Is it worth it? Does it make a difference?

Is your wife's car a 1.8/2.0T? Chipping turboed cars make a much bigger difference than a NA car like your A5. I don't have a chipped A5, but since it is NA and not turboed my hunch is you wouldn't gain much. Hope that helps.

 

even in a non turbo car a chip will make a difference. Look at what a chip does to a S4. iv done some looking around and all iv found was a chip for a 3.0 v6 TDi but here is a link for many products made for a A5/s5
