so i woke up yesterday morning and i went out to start my car and when i was driving i noticed the instrument cluster wasnt working. the rpm's speedometer, gas gauge, oil gauge , mileage etc.. were all off and not moving and just blacked out. however the aig lights and check engines lights and stuff like that worked fine. headlights and taillights outside of the car were good as well. does anyone know the issue ?

i have the 2001 audi a4 2.8 quattro 5spd

 

I have the same problems at my 1997 Audi A6 and I don't know what to do now. did you fix your problem and how?
it is OK to drive or not?
