ok so out of the many cars ive owned over the years finnally purchased what i think is a awesome car but mechanical knowledge i have none for audi kinda a new rodeo for me but anyways i bought a 2000 a6 quattro 2.7tt 6 speed manual with 218,000 miles but still runs great. the question i have is i installed a mechanical boost gauge and when got done with install took it for a drive to my disbelief it read 14 pounds does this mean my car is more than likely chipped? the only mods i know of are k&n air filter 2 1/4 catback exhaust and ebay blowoff valves. thanks for any input oh and the blow offs are going i ordered xs power dv's .
