Ok so here is the deal I have a 00 A6. The idiot that owned it before me smacked up the front passenger side, and jimmy rigged a halogen with a whole bunch of random wires running from the plug. So what I am trying to find out through this forum is can I take the halogen housing out and just cut the extra wires ran from the plug to the bulbs, ( so long as they weren't cut before the plug) and plug a bixenon housing and ballast back in? It looks as if there aren't any other issues beyond the wiring and the halogen housing. I just wanted to make sure it was in fact possiby just a plug and play set up? Anything with a write up or write up info with pix would be appreciated. I'm kind of new to the audi world been working with my 00 GTI 1.8t for sometime before it got totaled.
