Hi guys,

I was just wondering if it is possible to change a factory installed XENON (HID) Headlight system to normal Halogen lights?

What would the steps be to do this and would it be expensive? The reason I want to do this is because my HID headlight ignitor keeps goign bad and it's gettign really expensive to replace.

Don't step down to halogens - you'll hate it. Buy an aftermarket set of HIDs (they're less than $100 for a complete kit) and install them and then you'll have the illumination of HID without the problems you're having with the OEM ballast.

 

Swap with some one.. they'll be more than happy to take your xenons of your hands
