Normally not a fan of 19"s (I live in the snowbelt where potholes make them a nightmare) but those look great on your car -- really nice.
Have you considered some beefed up sway bars? They do a LOT for the handling of the car on short money. Looks like you've already got the sport suspension (or you've lowered it).
You and I have the same year/engine/trans. I've not yet chipped and am not sure I will. Before I do (and whether or not I do) I will be replacing weak components by upgrading them (710N diverter valves from the TT and APR bipipe or Samco TBB). After I do those things, chipping becomes an option that is not begging for trouble from a reliability standpoint.
Have you considered a short shifter? I got the ToyGuy and it's awesome. Considering the AWE DTS (if you're due for a timing belt change soon, a good snubmount would be a cheaper alternative to have done at the same time -- $50 for snub mount vs. $250 for DTS but latter is easy at any time, former is hard unless you're doing a TB change/have the front end off). Follow the link in my sig to my registry page for links that talk about these options in more detail.
