I'm considering buying a new 06 A6 3.2. I love the way it drives, but I'm reading contradictory reviews. On cars.com the reviews are mixed, with the biggest complaint being the MMI. Historically, back to 2004, A6's are getting middle-of-the-road ratings from JD Powers. On the other hand, I found an Edmonds site that had 45 purchaser reviews for 06's and the average score was over 9 out of 10. Biggest complaints were 1) too expensive and 2) not enough low-end torque.

I'd appreciate some indepent opinions from members about this car b4 I drop $50K on it. TIA.
