Default 1995 Audi A6 Power locks...

Hello everyone, I have 1995 Audi A6, I have this problem, when ever i press the unlock/lock button, on the door it doesnt make any clicking sound and doesnt lock, I checked if there is power comming to the locking control computer module, which is located under right rear seat, and there is power, so I'm thinking the computer is bad, and needs to be replaced, does anyone else have any other ideas?

Default RE: 1995 Audi A6 Power locks dont work

My 96 had a problem where it would be slow to lock and then eventually it stopped locking. That is when i started hearing a electric motor running when it tried to lock. Come to find out, the locking system on the car is vacuum assisted and what I was hearing was the vacuum pump running. I found thatthe vacuum module in the rear hatch (avant) was cracked and leaking enough to rob all the vacuum for the rest of the doors. Fixed the leaking part with silicon rtv and all doors lock quickly and the pump barely runs.
