Ok, I apologize if there is a thread elsewhere, I have searched and can't find one. I need to replace my starter and am having a lot of trouble. I have the alternator unbolted but it is unable to come out because of some hoses in the way, and I have read I need to put it in the service position, which all of the videos for that I have found show a different set up than my car has. I don't want to mess anything up but I really don't have the money to have it towed to a garage that will charge me a crazy amount when I have the part already. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, that is the video that messed me up. My bumper is set up differently, at first I tried following it but none of the nuts and bolts are in the right place
