19x 8.5 proper offset
I searched and found one thread where and offset of 35 was used and was able to clear everything.
Looking at a set of Sevas 19x8.5 S-star. They are offset 35mm. Going on a 2002 A6 Quattro 2.7t.
Just doing a final check to make sure they will fit properly.
Still looking at tire sizes.
I'd appreciate some feedback on that as well.

Why are you going with 19"? Looks or performance? If the former, nuf said - go for it. If the latter, I'd advise you reconsider.
You'll be reducing performance by increasing unsprung weight, will spend more on wheels & tires (robbing you of money you could spend on performance improvements elsewhere), and will be giving yourself a very harsh ride. Most performance oriented people would not go larger than 18x8". A 235 tire is the largest width you can reliably go with on a narrow body A6 and not have issues. There are plenty of people who will tell you that you can go wider, but there are just as many that will tell you they ran into issues doing so. A 8.5" width rim and a 235 tire is a combo that gives you little protection from curb rash. 8" is a better choice for that width.
Good luck.
