2.7T manual tranny

I have a 2000 2.7T 6-speed and want / need to change the transmission fluid. Where are the drain and fill plugs? What is the capacity? Any special instructions?

Any info would a great help. Thanks.

Audi requires synthetic GL-4 (not GL-4/GL-5). The 6 speed takes 2.3l.
