Use the factory fluid. It's the best. I think in the auto 5-6 q goes in so I'm guessing the same for manual.

This next week ill be replacing some parts (air filter, passenger side o2 sensors, acc. belt). For the air filter, should I stick with a stock stp paper filter or buy a cotton one like k&n? Is it worth the extra price? I know in NA cars it hardly affects them but turbo could be different...? And the car went into a snowy ditch and hit a mile mile marker before I owned it. The little orange reflector inside the headlight fell down. How do I fix that, is a new headlight the only answer?
Thanks

Don't do k&n. The oil used to clean it messes up the maf. Avoid. Take the headlight out and remove the orange plastic. I believe it's called euro style headlights.
