i just got my first audi today (00 A6), i am in love. My cup holder by the arm rest needs to be changed, where can i get one?

You're right -- I didn't answer the part about where to find one. If you can get a part number (from your dealer maybe?), you can order Audi parts through www.worldimpex.com or www.1stvwparts.com. Another option would be www.clairparts.com -- you can call them and they can probably help you figure out the part number.

That said, the link you provided (yes, that's the one I was referring to) is what you'll need to do the work.
