Default 2000 A6 2.8 surging at idle - lots of codes - which one to start with

Car has 325k miles on it. A week ago driving in heavy rain, it hiccuped a few times and threw a code for crankshaft position sensor. Changed that and it ran flawlessly for a week (70-100 miles per day) with no other codes. Friday, driving on the highway with cruise on, was running fine; disengaged the cruise and exited the hwy. Car died at the bottom of ramp. It started right back up, but now with CEL and idle surge. Have to use the gas pedal to keep it from stalling. Runs fine as long as your foot is on the gas pedal. Drove it 60 miles home like this and pulled codes, cleared them, restarted the car and pulled them again.

I have an exhaust leak at the flex pipe that I have scheduled to get fixed this week and it seemed to get worse over the last week. I can't see how that would cause some of these codes tho.

<Edit>
I have an extra known good ECM for the car. I cleared codes, swapped ECM, restarted and re-pulled codes. Output was the same list of codes as below.
</Edit>

Below are the codes coming from vagcom. I can't believe all of these things happened at the same time while driving with the cruise on. So which one is causing the others?

Any input on this is welcomed. Thanks!

Could be your fuel relay switch going. This could trigger these codes. Part pricing ranges from$30-$60. Relay #372. Located under steering left side. You need to remove a few screws to access. YouTube it. Similar for A4 models too

Also check your vacuum hoses. Clean the Mass Air Flow sensor. Also, you may want to change your fuel filter. I would start with vacuum hoses, MAF, fuel pump then relay switch. Just my thoughts.
