What is the wear pattern? Is it even or is there more wear on the inside edges? If you have more wear on the inside edges is the car lowered? A lowered car without adjustable upper control arms will have negative camber and will usually wear the inside edges faster.

No the car is all stock it is not lowered. The ware pattern is most always on the out side I do have Issues with keeping air pressure constant. always adding air.I have had the rims cheeked and edges smoothed when new tires are put on.I Am usually good for 2k miles the the ride seems to go to hell. I have had all the wheels aligned. As of today getting new tires. the suspension front end all have been checked. This is the3 round of tires in 3 years.

Have you tried using anything other than Dunlop over the course of the last three years?

I am using Continentals right now and they still have plenty of tread left after about 16,000 miles on them. Previously I used a set of Pirellis which got eaten up within about 12,000 miles. After 800 dollars gone within about a year, I decided to switch and go with Continental and I've been happy since.

I got the Conti's on my 4.2 as well (DWS extremecontact). Have been using them for almost 3 years now and over 30k miles. Just this year I had to replace 2 of the 4 (under warranty) because of cracks and bumps in the tire - not wear. So I paid 40 bucks for the insurance and got new tires
So I'm a happy Continental guy too.

I have the same issue. Both front Outside edge wear quickly and evenly. Rears are fine. Had many alignments and recently replaced struts, coils, low/upper control arms, sway and both inner/outer tie rods. And still have this issue. Including constant loss of air. These are Michelins. Same with Pirellis and continentals. Mystery. The good news here is I bought my last set at Costco. Showed them my two alignment recents and keep bring back regarding loss of air. They keep replacing for free???? Just time consuming at this point .
