Hi first off i am new to this site but have came here in the past for info so here is my problem i went to get in my audi on the passenger side front door and i unlocked it and the door wont open i tried both handels (inside and outside) but the door wont open i can see the lock part go up and down but the door refuses to open it is stuck shut how can i fix this with the door being closed or do i need to take it to the dealership the handles do not seem to have any resistance to them they move freely any info on this would be greatly appreciated thanks
