the transmission is dropping gears slower than usual. when the car is moving and i brake hard the down shifts take longer to happen so when the car has stopped the transmission is still in second gear for 2 sec and then back to 1st. but this is only happening when hard braking is applied.

any suggestions?? ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED! THANKS! if need more info please say so.

the car has 80k on the dot transmission oil replaced along w/ gasket

also the transmission acts weird on 3rd to 4th after it goes into 4th the rpm needle goes down once a little and (the car is still accelerating) and it goes down again. is it slipping? will a software update fix these problems?

I would double check the transmission fluid level as it sounds like the fluid is a bit low. Other possible faults are expensive.
