2002-2006 A4 or S4 have same bolt pattern as 2001 a6 4.2?

Default 2002-2006 A4 or S4 have same bolt pattern as 2001 a6 4.2?

edit delete Looking at buying a buddies wheel set from his 2002 S4 - 18in RS4 wheels.

Just want to make sure the A4 RS4 and A6 4.2 have the same bolt pattern. I believe they both have the same big brakes up front.

Thank you!

Yup, 5x112 bolt pattern, they are the same. That is a sharp set of wheels/tires there.

THIS IS A DUPLICATE POST. ANYTHING 5X112WILL FIT ON YOUR A6 BOTTOM LINE. THERE MAY BE AN INSTANCE WHERE YOU MAY NEED WHEEL SPACERS.

Agree.....but you need to be wary of the offset. 5x112 is the standard size, but the offset plays into the picture with steering and clearing your calipers. 18" is the recommended size and 35mm offset should clear your calipers and not rub anywhere. 38mm has been known to work as well but with bigger calipers you might have an issue.
