Anybody know what the protective film (like a clear bra) that is on the leading lower edge of the rear fender of the wide body cars is called? I am assuming it is factory? I need to replace mine but can't figure out what to call them to look for replacements?

Anybody that does clear bra applications can replace it, it's a 3M or Avery product that they receive in rolls and cut it on a plotter. If you find someone that really knows what they're doing, they can replicate the pieces exactly.
