2002 A6 3.0 froggy accelerator

Does anyone have a sticky / jumpy accelerator issue? Since the gas pedal is drive by wire are there adjustments that can be made on the switch to help smooth out acceleration?

You need to pull codes with a VAG-COM to see what's up with your throttle.
