Looks like the window washer hose connected to the passenger side headlight housing has somehow started to leak or disconnected itself. I had the timing belt done about 9 months ago and don't see myself paying all those man hours to disassemble the front end to get to the hose right now.. Is there a way to turn off the window washer indicator warning? Really annoying.
