Default 2002 Audi A6 CVT TCM issue

Hello everyone,
My 2002 Audi A6 3.0 with CVT is having a "PRND" light flashing on dash board issue. I took it to a auto repair shop and did a scan and got error something like "Transmission Range Sensor Circuit blah blah". But they told me they were not able to open a CVT.
I did some research on the web, and seems the TCM in the transmission needs replaced or reprogrammed. And I can get this TCM out and send to a Canadian company to have it reprogrammed and install it back.

Anyone here happens to know a place in Queens, New York who can do this?

I have taken the car to some AUDI dealers but they don't do it in this way. Instead, they ask $2000 for fixing it...
Thanks
