I have the code for the air pump, but I dont have the vacuum cleaner noise

You can disconnect the wiring harness from the pump and then apply a constant 12v to the pump to see if it turns on. You'll be able to hear it / feel it turn on when you do this. If you don't, you know that your pump is not working completely.

Are you getting error codes that state insufficient flow to banks 1 and 2?

 

I had Oreilly run the codes (OBDII)

It shows codes for bank 1 and 2

I asked because if it was just one bank, then it may not be the pump that is at fault. I'm willing to bet that your secondary air pump completely failed. Which is odd because usually when they're on their way out you hear it.
