2003 A6 3.0 Short Circuit?
I took my A6 in for its standard 40,000 mile service last week. The dealer said that the car was in 'great shape'. The next day I brought it to the DMV for the Colorado emissions test - the car passed with flying colors, but they attached a bunch of sensing equipment to the tailpipe in the cabin before bringing it up to 35 MPH on rolers.
The following day we drove about 150 miles and noticed that the turn signal was intermittently turning off after one 'blink'.
This week, I noticed that the traction control system was not kicking in when driving on ice. Finally, yesterday, the car required a jump in the morning, and then a second jump after parking it for 4-5 hours. It drives normally (except for the turn signal and traction control). The battery meter now reads at about 15 volts when driving (I think that it was around 13 before all of the problems started to happen).
Cold this be the result of a short circuit? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice or tips will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply. I used to get an intermittent yellow light when the car started to lose traction, now nothing happens, even when the car is slipping on an onramp or a curve in the freeway.
