Default 2003 AUDI A6 misfiring..

Hey all, I have a 2003 A6 3.0L quattro, with 41K, long story short car overheated and was driven hot by my uncle, resulting in blown headgaskets and 2 bent valves, he gave it to me so, took both HG off, took to machine shop, heads were checked out water jacket tested, replaced the bent valves, while at it, replaced the timing belt and some other parts, put back together, got the car running, but, cylinder 3 is misfiring, I even switched out the coils to make sure its not the coils or spark plugs, pressure tested it and its testing at 100 psi running compression, about 175-190 psi static. Looked down the cylinder and could definitely see coolant in there and car is smoking slightly.
So...I'm kicking myself for not checking this but could it be a warped block or could there be anything else I can try...?
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Rob

Was all the old gasket material completely removed before re-assembly?
Heads torqued to spec and proper sequence?
If the block is aluminum it could easily warp and need resurfacing, if the block is iron, there is much less of a chance of it warping.

Yeah heads were totally gone over thouroughly, resurfaced, torqued to spec, not sure if block is alluminium or iron, I'll double check later..any other thoughts?
