hey guys, i bought in the past month an 2003 Audi A6 2.7 Turbo and was looking to buy some alloy wheels for it. Does anyone know the specifications that let me know the maximum width of the Wheel? What size can i fit? also i saw some wheels on Ebay from a Mercedes C280: They were 17 in diameter, 7.5 width of the wheel, +40 offset, 73.1mm Center Bore, and bolt pattern 5x112. Can anyone tell me if they will fit on my Audi A6 from 2003? you guys have more experience, your help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

 

also would the wheel accomodate the Brake Caliper? how can i know FOR SURE if the wheel will fit??

 

I bought my car from the original owner and he included a set of summer tires on 18" SSR rims. Believe they are 8.5" width. They clear the calipers. Ithink they were bought at Discount Tire. Let us know what else you find. A lot of the eBay ads specify they won't fit the 2.7T.
