Default 2004 A6 2.7 Fuel Filter Replace

Any advice on replacing fuel filter when the top nut on bracket is spinning with the bolt. Really tight spot no way of holding the nut from spinning. Any info would be great. The filter is held in a black plastic bracket wrapped around the center of the filter with one allen head bolt on the bottom and a nut which as far as I can tell was probably molded into the bracket. Due to the location the nut and bolt probably rusted up.

Thanks

Disconnect all tubings.
Lubricate well the filter.
Slide it out of the bracket.
Use new washers with the lubricated new filter.

Grab the bolt head with a pliers and drill it out, then try to use a self tapping bolt to reinstall.
