Hello and thank you for allowing me to become a member of your great forum!! Just a question. I have a 2004 Audi A6 2.7T S-line and the car is great I love it! I do however have a small problem maybe. Its with the idle when I am at a stop I feel the car runs a little rough it vibrates jumps a little not like it moveds fwd but more like its skipping?? I dont know if I said that right? lol anyway the RPMS are ok for the most part but the needle jumps up and down just a hair back and forth...Id I make no sence please ask me to make this more clear...But I figure as other owners someone will understand what I mean. Thanks for any help..BTW I have 58k on it. and its an Auto.

 

read this thread and give it a try. Look into your vacuum lines, clean air filter,clean maf sensor. make sure your air supply tubes from the filter are tight not leaking and the box is closed properly.
