Default 2007 A6 jumps when first taking off

So this 3.2 jumps like three times coming out of first, then goes back to normal, untill I stop again, and then jumps again. Now, this is only SOMETIMES, like if I haven't driven for a day or two. I've taken it to multiple mechanics and either they can't fix it or they can't even notice it but, dammit, I know it's jumping, and I want to fix it. I also don't get this problem if I start using the paddle shifters to change gears but still.
Anyone else have an idea wth is wrong or had a similar problem?

Can you provide a better description of what jumping means or feels like? These are pretty heavy cars, not rabbits, and I am struggling with the jumping concept. You say it happens after the car sits for a few days. Does it go away after it reaches operating temperature?
