So thinking of getting a 2008 A6. Approx $43,000 USD, including Audi Care New, and CPO Audi Care and window tints, since we wanted tint and audi care. Approx 10,000 miles.

Anything I should know before getting this car? The 3.2 engine is very nice. Albeit only 255hp, but it's beautiful sounding and very nice inside.

I was reading, and are all 2008 A6 the same across the board? I know S-Line was optional before, so this one is S-Line included? Comes with Navi too.

Also I'm curious if it's worth it to get Audi Care? I figure oil changes, andything else would be included. Obviously not brakes since that's normal wear and tear. But will I be covered for everything else thats out of my control?

 

Audi Care covers only scheduled maintenance, not defects. But since this Audi is newer and low miles, you will be covered under the original factory warranty as well as the CPO warranty once the factory warranty expires.

As far as if Audi Care is worth it? I just bought a 2006 A6 4.2L with 43k and asked what the 55k service would cost before I bought the vehicle. The service rep told me $1200-1400. Audi Care (which covers the 55k and 65k) cost me $750 negotiated. So I think it was worth it in my situation. Yours might be different, but as long as it covers much of the scheduled maintenance and you negotiate a fairer price for it, I'd do it!
