Also for problem 3 make sure you have a good chasis ground for your head unit and amp if you have one

ok, I was going to say check the chassie ground, also does the sound happen when it gets louder, if so, speaker wiring. if at random, ground....

your first problem with the car dying as soon as you pull up to a red light after driving it hard, is your cam shaft sensor. change that and it wont die on you after driving it too hard.
