While i put third gear in it clicks a bit. are the gears going?

 

Assume you have a MT6. Any other strange noises from the other gears? Does it go into 1st easily? Did it just start? What about 5th?

A clutch problem is slippage. A synchro would more likely be in the lower gears. You just may be missing the throw and hitting something in the linkage which is why I asked about 5th.

 

very rarely 1st soemtimes does not go in. i have to sit there and try it like time to go in. 5th gear i have no problems with.
