Default 95 A6 with some issues

I recently purchased a 95 audi a6. The other day I rolled the windows down and now they will not roll back up. None of the windows will do anything. I've been researching on the internet to try to find out what the problem is and have found a few things but not sure what is right.
I can not find out if there is a window relay, I do not see one anywhere. I tested the fuses and they are fine.
I have heard it could be the ignition. And believe that is probably the issue seeings how when I turn the key to start the car you have to manually turn the key back to the proper position because the spring in the ignition is broke and doesn't push it back on its own.
Also, I don't know if I am supposed to buy just the ignition switch or a whole new lock, key and cylinder
Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just the ignition switch you need to purchase.
You'll have to pull out the instrument cluster in order to change it. When I bought my car, the key was also not springing back but manually, so I had to change mine.
I'll have to double check the relays in my car if I have time tomorrow (is in a garage as I rebuilt the engine), but if you have other accessories not functioning, then it most definitely the ignition switch.
In any event, there's a DIY around here somewhere or on audiworld.com.
