Default 95 C4 A6 Cruise control not working

Hello everyone...
I am fairly new to the audi world and has hoping someone can help me diagnose my problem... the cruise control on my 95 C4 wagon does not work. Does anyone know where the actual cruise control module is located? Is it power operated or vacuum operated? I have checked all the fuses and everything is OK but the cruise will not operate. One thing to keep in mind is that the ABS light is on due to bad front ABS sensors. Is the ABS system in any was associated with the cruise control? I did some research here on the forum but could not find anything on the C4.

Thanks in advance for the help!

so do you mean that the brake switch will affect the cruise control? if there is something wrong with the switch doesn't that mean that the brake light will not come on once the brake pedal is pressed?

No I have led bulbs and my car doesn't recognize the low Wattage so it says I have a brake out but I really don't. if you have something effecting your brakes the cruise won't work because its used to regulate speed going down hills

well I do have 2 bulbs that are burned on my 3rd/roof brake light but still I have no "brake light" bulb warning on my message center screen... I should probably assume that its the abs sensors then
