Hello my girlfriends audi had a transmission problem and wouldn't go out of 3rd gear...took it to the shop and the guy said the fluid was horrible heh.. so he says there's a switch or something or chip maybe (girlfriend can't remember) that controls this and the light on the dash that says what gear your in and the reverse lights and is going to charge 325 for the part and 150 for labor. Does anyone know what i'm talking about? if you do can you fill me in? and tell me if she's getting ripped off?
