99 2.8 Quattro Pulley HELP!!!
ok so a few days ago i was on my way to work as soon as i entered the parking lot my steering wheel got really stiff and first thing to pop in my head was i might need some steering pump fluid or my steering pump died and so i managed to parked it, i had to go into work and didn't have time to check it at the moment and when i got out of work i checked it out and noticed that my serpentine belt wasn't on right, it was loose, ended up buying new belt and then realized that one of the pulleys came off somehow, I'm not really sure on which one it is but i want to know where i can get one from and if should be worried about any present or future problems.
here's the pics of the pulley that i pulled out
i think this might be a diagram for my a6, but im not really sure about it
CS = Crankshaft
F = Fan pulley
Gen = Alternator
T = Tensioner
AC = Air Conditioning
PAS = Power Assisted Steering
any help on this is well appreciated, thanks

That looks like a tensioner to me, but I could be wrong.
Edit:
Here is a link to the timing belt diy.
The 4th pic is of the accessory belt.
If you can spot the alternator (lower left), the tensioner is above and right.
I don't believe your diagram is for a 2.8.

2. Remove the 3 top covers. To do this you will have to remove the coolant reservoir (3 screws) and the top of the airbox.
3. Remove the serpentine belt by using a large socket and pulling the tensioner loose then putting a pin or small screwdriver in the pin hole. You can now slide the belt off. It is very important to pin the tensioner. If you don't, you will need to buy a new one. The spring is very strong and pretty much impossible to get back together right.
4. Remove the tensioner, 2 allen bolts I believe.
5. Remove the power steering pulley, by placing an 8mm allen wrench in the center and removing the 3 6mm allen bolts.

I agree its the tensioner pulley. In the picture it is the one above and to the right of the alternator and above left of the crank pulley.
The power steering pulley is the silver one at the top, in the picture. Its more "solid" than the pulley that fell off your car.
the reason the DIY mentions two bolts for the tensioner is because its an two piece assembly. If you note in the picture the belt goes around the pulley but the actual "tensioner" is the circle behind the belt just to the left. The "silver nut" under the pulley is where you put your wrench to relieve tension on the belt for removal.
hope this helps
