battery cable: can these be replace without buying the whole 300.00 factory harness? I have gone to local parts stores and they have a part but the dealer (the snakes) say I can only use the whole harness they sell. PLEASE HELP!

also I was told I need to relpace my upper rear control arm - would that be just the "bushing" or do I need more? What parts would I need exactly?
