I have a 99 A6 Quattro. Both side mirror motors are shot. They are auto dimming and heated and my a6 has memory settings. Will standard 99 A6 mirrors that are not heated and non auto dimming fit the vehicle and work power wise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

More likely that the connectors are different, though.

If you are going to do it yourself, you could cut the pigtail off your old and new ones, either check which wire is energizes for each operation and splice them.

If you can learn how they come apart, change the motors, though I'm amazed that both motors would go at one time. Have you pulled apart the connector in the door to see if you ate getting current from the switch? You could have a fuse, relay shot, or broken wire or defective switch, though I doubt the dimm and defrost are going through the switch.

Do you have the Audi CD?
