a6 2.7 diverter valves?

does anyone know about the dv/bov "splitter"? i want to replace my diverter valve and have seen these dv/bov. dont know if the are worth it.

ok but are they bov's or are they dv's. i found these "splitters" by forge that are both in 1. at low boost they work like a dv, but at high boost they dump like a bov! has anyone seen these? are they any good?
